AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night-shift team. This full-time role requires conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and executing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team.

Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Located at 7727 Lake Underhill Rd in East Orlando, FL 32822, this role requires RN licensure, BLS CPR, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (Florida) and BLS CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
