Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit (3 South). Night shift, 645 PM to 715 AM. The role provides clinical leadership and coordinates nursing care for the unit.

BSN required (MSN preferred). RN license, BLS within 90 days. 18 months acute care RN experience; telemetry/cardiac/stroke experience preferred; prior charge experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required or MSN preferred.
• Registered nursing license required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 18 months of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in the unit.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and improve workflow.
