Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant acute care experience; transfer center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement and transfers to ensure timely admissions.
• Monitor bed availability and develop contingency plans to maintain operations.
• Document transfer processes accurately in software systems for compliance.
• Verify insurance benefits prior to admission and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide education and mentoring to new staff and participate in staff meetings.
• Support Mission Control Departmental functions and community service activities.
