Qualifications

• BLS certification within 14 days of hire/transfer.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in acute care with supervisory duties.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Logistics Center operations during all shifts.
• Coordinate transfers with departments, facilities, and leadership.
• Manage staffing and scheduling within budget guidelines.
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and EMTALA compliance.
• Drive process improvements and address service gaps promptly.
• Maintain relationships with referring facilities and physicians.
