Qualifications

• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and respond effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, vital signs, and ongoing assessments.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and clinical observations.
• Respond to residents' needs and support a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night shift.
• Follow facility policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
