Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license via eNLC
• BLS certification issued by Red Cross or AHA within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patients
• Develop and implement plans of care
• Provide and document nursing interventions
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care
• Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff
• Coordinate with managers and other team members
• May float to other units and participate in on-call status
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
