Northside-Hospital-Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations on a designated unit. This role involves directing staff, ensuring patient care standards, and serving as the nursing liaison with families, physicians, and management.

The supervisor may assume 24-hour responsibility in absence of the Manager or Director. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, Georgia RN license, and 3+ years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a specialty area, plus BLS

Formación

• Must have nursing degree and be licensed to practice in Georgia (or eligible).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a specialty area.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state (NLC/eNLC).
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS a plus.
• Color vision required for unit patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing operations on a unit.
• Assign staff for each shift based on acuity and competence.
• Make rounds, set care priorities, and communicate unit status to leadership.
• Orient, train, coach, and evaluate nursing staff.
