Job summary

Home of the Innocents is seeking an experienced RN leader for the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center to provide leadership and clinical oversight. You will support nurses and nursing assistants, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure safe, compassionate care for residents with complex medical needs.

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in staffing and team development while providing hands-on nursing care as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Kentucky RN license.
• Associates of Nursing or BSN is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Charge nurse/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff including nurses and nursing assistants.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and team development; provide hands-on care when needed.
