Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Kentucky.
• CPR/BLS certification required, will be provided if necessary.
• Experience in pediatrics or long-term care preferred but not required.

• Lead care planning by assessing and evaluating individualized treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
