Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, mental, and behavioral health needs and note changes.
• Prescribe, organize, and assign nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring symptoms and responses.
• Record observations and treatment details accurately per policy.
• Follow crisis management, infection control and emergency procedures.
• Guide and direct nursing personnel in daily care activities.
