The Forest at Duke is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead third-shift nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee nurses, CNAs, and care partners, coordinating care with the Director of Nursing and Health Services.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 3–5 years of nursing experience and NC license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and long-term care guidelines.
• Ability to plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Ability to assess residents' conditions and intervene.
• Ability to act calmly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing and CNA staff on third shift.
• Administers medications and nursing procedures as needed.
• Assists in scheduling and covers open shifts when required.
• Attends meetings and contributes to committees.
• Maintains medical forms and resident charts.
• Provides daily reports to DON and Administrator.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Participates in quality assurance and surveys.
