The Laurels of Mt. Vernon is seeking an experienced Supervisor Registered Nurse for night shift to lead and educate a skilled nursing team, coordinating care for residents and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs/LPNs and CNAs, reviewing procedures, developing care plans, and guiding assessments in a geriatric setting. Requires ADN/BSN, active RN license, and CPR.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN degree and current RN license.
• Current CPR certification; leadership/supervisor experience in long-term care preferred.
• Interest in gerontological nursing and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Review and implement nursing procedures and systems.
• Assess systems to improve resident care quality and staff performance.
• Lead the nursing process to deliver individualized care.
• Contribute to residents’ assessments and care plans.
