The supervisor will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate care plans, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work evening shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision to a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients under supervision.
• Conduct nursing assessments and identify areas for improvement in care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, offering guidance to new employees.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and shift reports; communicate with families and teams.
