Job summary

Skyview Springs Rehab and Nursing in Luray, VA is seeking an experienced Night Nurse Supervisor to lead the night nursing team and maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires coordinating RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring care plans and regulations are followed, and providing strong leadership during overnight shifts. Previous supervisory experience and Virginia RN licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Virginia.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehab.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the night shift.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes or emergencies during overnight hours.
• Ensure care aligns with care plans, physician orders, and regulations.
• Perform rounds to assess care needs, staffing, and safety.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and disciplinary support as needed.
• Maintain shift documentation and smooth hand-offs between shifts.
