Genesiscareers is seeking a Full-Time Nightshift Supervisor RN in South Charleston, West Virginia, to lead nursing teams and ensure safe, high-quality care during overnight hours. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to supervise clinical operations, maintain compliance, and optimize staffing to deliver 24/7 care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of the nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery with other departments.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 care with emphasis on limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and make recommendations for promotions/transfers.
