Job summary

River Towne Center in Columbus, GA is seeking a Nightshift Supervisor to oversee the skilled nursing facility during the night. You will supervise nursing staff, CNAs, and other team members to ensure residents receive high-quality care and safety.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, administering medications, coordinating with the medical team, documenting incidents, and maintaining infection control. A Georgia RN or LPN license and current CPR are required; 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in GA.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Night shift supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and CNAs during night shift.
• Provide guidance to ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document patient status and care plans.
• Coordinate with medical team on care decisions.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare shift reports.
