• BSN degree preferred; critical care experience may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high‑quality patient care during the scheduled night shift.
• Manage nursing services, personnel, and coordination for the shift.
• Collaborate with other managers to develop systems and procedures for daily operations; provide training and support to staff.
