Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Full Time Day Registered Nurse Supervisor to join Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus in Rochdale, MA. This leadership role focuses on delivering high quality patient care in a fast paced setting.

You will oversee nursing services for the shift, coordinate staffing, mentor staff, and develop efficient systems in line with hospital philosophy and policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services for the scheduled shift and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate staffing and training; work with management to develop efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards; support problem solving and objective achievement.
