Job summary

Vibra Hospital of southeastern Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is seeking a Part Time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during night shifts in a 90-bed critical care setting.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, BLS and ACLS certification, and experience in an acute care environment. This position offers a fast-paced, supportive work culture with focus on patient and family care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high quality patient care.
• Oversee personnel, management, and coordination of nursing services for the scheduled shift.
• Develop systems and procedures with staff and other managers to support daily operations and objectives.
