Job summary

Tanner Hospital Bremen-B0001 in Bremen, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Nursing Unit (Nights). The RN oversees RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel and delivers nursing care in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes. Shift is 12 hours, nights 7p–7a, with every other weekend and some holidays.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in care per state nurse practice act.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates efficacy of care.
