Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Metro Reentry facility in Atlanta, GA. This night-shift role offers a consistent 11:00 PM–7:30 AM schedule, with weekend rotations and a 40-hour work week, located in metro Atlanta.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in nursing, active Georgia RN license (or MS L/Compact), and CPR certification. Candidates must be able to obtain required security clearances and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Active Georgia RN license (or MS L/Compact).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures.
