Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and care partners.
• Ability to convey information and educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and discharge plans.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and basic life support concepts.

Responsibilities
