Qualifications

• RN with ICU/stepdown experience required.
• Proficient in arterial line management and CVP monitoring.

• 13-week contract for night shift in Redding, CA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critically stable patients in a stepdown unit.
• Interpret vitals, titrate medications and manage lines.
• Collaborate with ICU and floor teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Provide skilled nursing care during the night shift.
