Qualifications

• RN with ICU/stepdown experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critically stable patients in a stepdown unit.
• Interpret vitals, titrate medications and manage lines.
• Collaborate with ICU and floor teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Provide skilled nursing care during the night shift.

You'll utilize your skills in arterial lines, CVP monitoring, titrating pressors, and managing ventilated patients, all within a unit that values teamwork and patient experience - think of it as a well-synchronized relay race where every detail matters.
