Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Step Down unit in Downers Grove, IL. This is a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 36 hours per week, including every third weekend and rotating holidays.

You will hold an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, and BLS certification. The unit features 32 CCU beds, 12 Stepdown beds, and Level 1 trauma care, focusing on safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
