Saint Luke's East in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN for a Part Time Night shift in a Progressive Care Unit. You will work in a busy, fast-paced, multi-specialty environment, leading peers and ensuring patient-centered care with strong team collaboration.

Ideally you bring leadership, the nursing process, and a collaborative mindset to empower your team while maintaining patient safety and high-quality outcomes. BLS and an active RN license are required.

Qualificações

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse with active license

Responsabilidades

• Functions independently and uses the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
