Saint Luke's East is seeking an experienced RN for the Progressive Care Unit to care for patients with diverse conditions in a busy, multi-specialty setting. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

You will be part of a high-performing, patient-centered team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. The position is part-time, night shift, and requires BLS and RN licensure with an ADN or equivalent.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Registered Nurse with active license.
• ADN or equivalent nursing degree.

Responsabilités

• Functions independently and uses the nursing process.
• Coordinates care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to team members.
• Identifies hospital resources for patient care.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new staff and learners.
• Demonstrates leadership within unit or department.
