Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• RN license required prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents per established standards.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans and communicate changes.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to carry out orders.
• Promote resident safety and support discharge planning.
