Job summary

Meadow Falls of North Royalton in North Royalton, OH is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Nurse to join our care team. You will provide high-quality nursing services, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being.

The successful candidate will hold an active Ohio RN license, have experience in long-term care, and be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing personal care
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team and physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
• Support and promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment
