Job summary
Cleveland Care & Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oklahoma. The role supports resident care with 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, Thursday through Saturday and rotation with Wednesdays.
The RN will lead care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a caring team to exceed standards. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with matching contributions after one
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Valid RN license for Oklahoma.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Must maintain active email and phone for employer communication.
Responsibilities
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
- Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
- Executes physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Administers medications and starts IVs as required.
- Assigns care to team members based on needs and qualifications.
- Maintains supplies and equipment in a safe, economical manner.
