Job summary

Wellstar Health System's Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (36 hours per week, 3/12s). You will be a frontline member of the patient care team, delivering high-quality nursing care and collaborating with physicians, patients, and families.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, and participation in performance improvement initiatives, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) required.
• BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the patient care team.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Advocate for patients and families; provide education and support.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Support Shared Governance and collaborate effectively with care teams.
