Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and maintains professional competence.
• Provides quality nursing services and collaborates with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Maintains documentation of patient assessment, condition changes, care delivered, and education provided.
• Supports Shared Governance through service on councils or sponsored activities.
• Adheres to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
