Select Specialty Hospital York is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care on the night shift (7p–7a). The role emphasizes assessment, documentation, and patient safety within a critical illness recovery unit.

Compensation ranges from $40.12 to $54.00 per hour, with shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. 100% company-paid tuition scholarship and strong benefits accompany a supportive team of over 44,000 associates.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS mandatorily required at hire.
• ACLS mandatorily required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform mandatory and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment / diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders.
• Maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform duties as assigned.
