Select Specialty Hospital - Erie is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) in Erie, PA. Compensation ranges from $35.67 to $48.00 per hour with a $15,000 sign-on bonus available through 10/24.

The role includes a thorough orientation, ongoing education, and a clinical ladder to advance skills. The hospital provides a comprehensive benefits package, with PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation using hospital systems.
• Respond to rapid response and code events as trained.
• Counsel and educate patients and families.
