Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
- RN license required.
- 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting recommended.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; regularly evaluate and revise.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
