AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift role in a regional float pool. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through our Clinical Ladder, with sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 for night shift and up to $10,000 for day shift.

Qualifications

• RN with active license required.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
