Job summary

Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center Observation Unit seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care on a 12-hour night schedule. The unit handles acute patients with stays under 36 hours, with cross-training to Clinical Decision Unit after six months.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program completion, NC RN license, BLS certification, and more than one year of RN experience. Weekend rotations apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.
• RNs with less than 1 year of RN experience: Please apply to postings that have "New Graduate RN" in the title.
