The Good Samaritan Society Albion, NE, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases, coordinating with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team.

You will demonstrate nursing expertise, potentially serve as charge nurse, and ensure compassionate, dignified care within a not-for-profit Christian environment. This full-time night-shift role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
