Job summary

Century Care Management in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include recording histories, monitoring vitals, administering medications, wound care, and coordinating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Qualified candidates will hold an ADN or BSN and an active RN license in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing processes, care planning, and clinical assessment.
• Ability to perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Skilled in medication administration, wound care, IV therapy (where permitted), and complex clinical interventions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations governing long-term care facilities including CMS standards.
• Experience with quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to resident-centered care, advocacy, and safety.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
