Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a seasonal PRN role at Baylors Marble Falls facility. The RN will coordinate patient care with the health care team, assess patients, and develop individualized plans of care following the Texas Nursing Practice Act.

Expect 12-hour night shifts, a 13-week commitment, and a $51/hour wage plus shift differentials with a $1,500 completion bonus. PRN status is not benefit-eligible.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• MAJOR - Nursing
• EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Clinical judgments and assessments to develop nursing plans of care.
• Nursing care delivery coordinating with health care team.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and competency.
