Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Marble Falls is seeking a Seasonal RN for a 13-week assignment on our Medical-Surgical unit. This full-time, night-shift role features 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly), a $51/hour base pay with shift differentials, and a $1,500 completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one year's experience in nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to obtain Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments following practice standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans; adjust as needed.
• Create safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff.
• Manage patient pain and support recovery while maintaining quality care.
