Job summary

• 1+ year RN Observation/Cardiac/Tele experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing policies and the nursing process.
• Document assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within defined competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Participate in life-saving interventions such as CPR when needed.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in professional development to maintain clinical competency.
