Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation & Healing is hiring Registered Nurses for the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. The role involves delivering long-term and rehabilitation nursing care in a 122-bed facility, following Nurse Practice Act guidelines, and coordinating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.

The RN will assess and plan care, implement plans, supervise nursing staff, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a basic nursing education program (professional nursing).
• At least 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting (acute/critical care preferred).
• Must have a current RN license in state(s) of practice and reliable transportation.

• Works under Nurse Practice Act guidelines and facility policies with nursing judgment.
• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Delivers care and implements the patient/resident plan of care; evaluates responses.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains documentation, equipment setup and confidentiality; provides education as appropriate.
