Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shifts (11PM-7AM). The 60-bed facility emphasizes short-stay rehab and long-term care with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting (acute/critical care preferred).
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Works under Nurse Practice Act guidelines and facility policies.
• Assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing care for long-term and rehabilitative patients.
• Delivers nursing care and implements the plan of care while evaluating responses.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains documentation, equipment setup, and confidentiality.
• Provides education to patients/residents/families as appropriate.
• Rotates shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
