Qualifications

• Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• One year previous experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required; licensure must be updated to PSOR if relocating.
• Education: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Utilize plan-of-care interventions and collaborate with RNs to progress patient journeys.
• Provide compassionate care in a rehabilitation setting with advanced technology.
