Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Springfield, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team on the night shift. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/LPN supervision, performs basic patient care activities per scope and standards.
• Monitors vital signs, takes blood glucose, records intake and output.
• Assists patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
• Reports abnormal findings or changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Keeps patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular attendance and provides flexible support as needed.
