Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum of two years of staff nursing experience.
• Two years of related ICU or Emergency Department practice preferred.
• Current Michigan RN license required.
• Canadian nurses encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process while considering age, culture, and spiritual needs.
• Mentor and support newer staff and promote evidence-based practices and ANA standards of care.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in caring for complex patients on the Rapid Response Team and relocate patients as needed.
