Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers.

You will assess patient status, perform procedures, document care, administer medications, and maintain knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical care. An RN license in Utah, ACLS/BCLS and an Associate Degree are required. This role includes mentorship and certification support.

Qualifications

• Current Utah RN license and active credentials.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications within the required timeframes.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by the provider.
• Document care in the patient record promptly and accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of meds, procedures and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
