Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a dedicated nurse for the 11pm-7am shift, including weekends. This full-time position offers premium compensation, a strong benefits package, and clear opportunities for professional growth.

Licensed professionals will provide patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include age-appropriate care, accurate medication administration, routine procedures, and thorough handoffs.

Qualifications

• Licensure, registration and/or certification required.
• Experience in nursing care tasks and procedures preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate care clearly.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.
• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.
• Accurately administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation of same.
• Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.
• Accurately administers external feedings.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center through professional excellence.
• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.
• Cooperates with reassignments made in the interest of resident care.
• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.
• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.
