Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time night-shift nurse to provide patient care from 11pm to 7am, including weekends. You will administer medications, document care, and communicate plan of care at handoffs.

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing licensure/certification
• Experience providing resident care and following care plans
• Ability to administer medications accurately and document procedures

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs and plan of care.
• Completes routine tasks without supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation and handoff communication.
• Administers medications according to five rights and documents accordingly.
• Performs treatments with sterile or proper technique.
• Provides external feedings as prescribed.
• Demonstrates facility mission and values.
• Completes care within shift timing.
• Cooperates with reassignments for resident care.
• Reports issues and proposes solutions to nursing management.
